- Wholesale and retail fuel delivery
- IoT-based tank monitoring
- Pricing optimization services
- Customer portal access
Account Responsibilities
If you create an account with us, you are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
Orders and Delivery
- All orders are subject to product availability and credit approval
- Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
- Prices are subject to change based on market conditions
- Payment terms are established in your customer agreement
Tank Monitoring Services
If you use our IoT tank monitoring services:
- You authorize us to access tank level data
- We may use this data to optimize delivery scheduling
- Equipment remains our property unless otherwise agreed
- You agree to provide safe access for equipment installation and maintenance
Intellectual Property
All content, software, and technology on this website—including Lighthouse, Keeper AI, and related systems—are the property of Better Day Energy and protected by intellectual property laws.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Better Day Energy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Better Day Energy from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.
